Salmon with sweet and sour sauce glaze

Ingredients:

4 pieces of salmon fillet (150-200 g each)
4 tbsp. sweet and sour sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
fresh cilantro for garnishing
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a bowl, mix together the sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce, honey and garlic.
Place the salmon pieces on a baking tray, salt and pepper.
Spread the glaze evenly over each piece of salmon.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and the glaze has thickened.
Serve the salmon hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
